1. Overview
Iromie is a mixed reality application for Meta Quest that provides visual simulation features, including color vision simulation and user-selected visual age simulation presets.
This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use Iromie, how that data is used, and how you may request deletion of data.
Iromie uses Meta Platform SDK features only to provide, support, and maintain the app experience requested by the current user. This includes entitlement checks, in-app purchase processing, subscription status checks, age-appropriate operation, purchase restoration, and feature access control.
2. Meta Platform Features Requested Through DUC
Iromie requests and uses the following Meta Platform Features through Data Use Checkup (DUC):
- USER_ID
- USER_AGE
- IAP (In-App Purchases and Downloadable Content)
- SUBSCRIPTIONS
Because these Platform Features are requested through DUC, Iromie may receive, collect, and process Meta Horizon User Data from Meta in connection with these features.
This may include:
- Meta user identifier or similar user/account identifier
- User age group or age category information provided by Meta through the USER_AGE feature
- Product information, SKU information, localized product titles, and localized prices
- In-app purchase status, purchase results, and entitlement status
- Subscription status, subscription entitlement, renewal status, cancellation status, or other subscription-related information where made available by Meta
- Technical information necessary to operate entitlement checks, in-app purchases, subscriptions, purchase restoration, age-appropriate operation, and app access control
Iromie uses this data only to run, support, and maintain the app experience requested by the current user.
3. Data We Process
Iromie does not collect, store, upload, share, or transmit camera passthrough images, photos, videos, Iromie does not collect, store, upload, share, or transmit camera passthrough images, photos, videos, audio recordings, precise location data, contacts, or user-generated content to our servers.
Iromie may process the following data only as necessary to provide and maintain app functionality:
- App settings stored locally on your Meta Quest device, such as selected simulation mode, user-selected visual age simulation preset, display settings, and free usage status.
- Meta Platform Data provided through Meta Platform SDK, such as Meta user identifier, user age group or age category information, entitlement status, product information, in-app purchase status, and subscription status.
- Technical information provided by the Meta platform that is necessary for entitlement checks, in-app purchase processing, subscription status checks, purchase restoration, age-appropriate operation, and app operation.
We do not receive or store your payment card information. Payments, purchase records, and subscriptions are processed and managed by Meta.
4. How We Use Data
We use the data described above only for the following purposes:
- To provide color vision simulation features.
- To provide user-selected visual age simulation presets.
- To remember app settings on your device.
- To identify the current Meta user for entitlement, in-app purchase, and subscription status checks.
- To determine whether the current user can access Free, Personal, or Pro plan features.
- To display product information and localized prices provided by Meta.
- To launch Meta’s checkout flow when the current user chooses to purchase or subscribe.
- To verify purchase results and restore purchases.
- To check entitlement, in-app purchase status, and subscription status through Meta Platform SDK.
- To maintain subscription-based access for the current user.
- To support age-appropriate operation of the app for its intended audience of teens and adults aged 13+ or the applicable minimum age in the user’s region.
- To operate, support, and maintain the functionality and reliability of the app.
We do not use Meta Platform Data, including USER_ID, USER_AGE, IAP, or SUBSCRIPTIONS data, for advertising, marketing, profiling, analytics, research, social features, or sharing with third parties.
5. USER_ID, IAP, and SUBSCRIPTIONS
Iromie uses USER_ID, IAP, and SUBSCRIPTIONS data to provide and maintain paid plan access for the current user.
The app may receive a Meta user identifier, entitlement status, product information, in-app purchase status, and subscription status from Meta. We use this information only to determine whether the current user can access Free, Personal, or Pro plan features, restore purchases, display localized product information, and maintain subscription-based access.
Personal provides access to color vision simulation features. Pro provides access to additional app features, including user-selected visual age simulation presets, color wheel UI, and refresh rate options.
We do not display the Meta user identifier to other users.
We do not use USER_ID, IAP, or SUBSCRIPTIONS data for advertising, marketing, profiling, analytics, research, social features, or sharing with third parties.
6. USER_AGE and Age-Related Features
Iromie requests the USER_AGE Platform Feature through Data Use Checkup. As a result, the app may receive and process the current user’s age group or age category information provided by Meta.
Iromie uses USER_AGE data only to support age-appropriate operation of the app for its intended audience of teens and adults aged 13+ or the applicable minimum age in the user’s region.
Iromie does not use USER_AGE data to personalize content, profile users, analyze users, advertise to users, market to users, or share information with third parties.
Iromie does not display the user’s age group or age category to other users.
Iromie includes a user-selected visual age simulation feature. This feature is an app feature manually selected by the user and is not used to determine the user’s actual age. The visual age simulation feature is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics, or decisions about the user.
Iromie is not directed to children under 13.
7. Passthrough and Visual Processing
Iromie uses Meta Quest mixed reality passthrough functionality to apply visual simulation effects.
Passthrough imagery is processed locally on the device for the purpose of displaying the simulation. We do not store, upload, share, transmit, or provide passthrough images or video to our servers or to third parties.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We do not share your personal data with other users.
We do not provide social networking, chat, voice communication, image sharing, video sharing, live streaming, or user content sharing features.
We do not provide Meta Platform Data or Device User Data that we obtain from Meta Horizon or directly from a Meta Horizon device to data processors or service providers outside Meta.
We do not use Meta Platform Data, including USER_ID, USER_AGE, IAP, or SUBSCRIPTIONS data, for advertising, marketing, profiling, analytics, research, social features, or sharing with third parties.
Some data may be processed by Meta as part of the Meta Quest platform, Meta Platform SDK, entitlement checks, in-app purchase processing, subscription processing, age-related platform features, and payment services. Such processing is governed by Meta’s own terms and privacy policies.
9. Data Storage
Iromie does not maintain its own server-side user account database.
Local app settings may be stored on your Meta Quest device. You can remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app’s local data where supported by the platform.
Purchase records, subscription records, payment information, Meta account data, and platform-level age group or age category information are managed by Meta.
10. Children’s Privacy
Iromie is intended for teens and adults aged 13+ or the applicable minimum age in the user’s region.
Iromie is not directed to children under 13. Iromie does not knowingly collect personal data from children through our own servers.
If USER_AGE information is made available by Meta, Iromie uses it only to support age-appropriate operation of the app for its intended audience.

If you would like to request deletion of user data that Iromie or COYOTE RUNNER may have collected, received, or stored, including data related to USER_ID, USER_AGE, IAP, or SUBSCRIPTIONS, please contact us at:

Please include the app name “Iromie” in your request.
Because Iromie does not maintain its own server-side user account database, we may not have personal data stored on our servers.
If your request concerns purchase records, subscriptions, payment information, Meta account data, or platform-level data, you may need to manage or request deletion through Meta’s account and platform settings.
We do not charge a fee for data deletion requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.

Iromie（イロミエ）は、Meta Quest向けの複合現実（MR）アプリです。
本アプリは、色覚シミュレーションおよびユーザーが選択する視覚上の年齢シミュレーションプリセットなどの視覚シミュレーション機能を提供します。
本プライバシーポリシーでは、Iromieの利用に関連して処理される情報、その利用目的、およびユーザーデータの削除依頼方法について説明します。
Iromieは、現在のユーザーがリクエストしたアプリ体験を提供、サポート、維持するためにのみ、Meta Platform SDKの機能を使用します。これには、利用権限の確認、アプリ内購入の処理、サブスクリプション状態の確認、年齢に適したアプリ運用、購入の復元、プランに応じた機能アクセス制御が含まれます。
2. DUCを通じてリクエストするMeta Platform機能
Iromieは、カメラのパススルー映像、写真、動画、音声録音、正確な位置情報、連絡先、ユーザー生成コンテンツIromieは、データの使用状況の確認（DUC）を通じて、以下のMeta Platform機能をリクエストし、使用します。
- USER_ID
- USER_AGE
- IAP（アプリ内購入およびダウンロードコンテンツ）
- SUBSCRIPTIONS
これらのPlatform機能をDUCでリクエストしているため、Iromieは、これらの機能に関連して、MetaからMeta Horizon User Dataを受信、収集、処理する場合があります。
これには、以下の情報が含まれる場合があります。
- Metaユーザー識別子、または同等のユーザー/アカウント識別子
- USER_AGE機能を通じてMetaから提供されるユーザーの年齢層または年齢カテゴリ情報
- 商品情報、SKU情報、ローカライズされた商品名、ローカライズされた価格
- アプリ内購入状態、購入結果、利用権限状態
- Metaから提供される場合のサブスクリプション状態、サブスクリプション権限、更新状態、キャンセル状態、その他サブスクリプション関連情報
- 利用権限確認、アプリ内購入、サブスクリプション、購入復元、年齢に適したアプリ運用、アプリのアクセス制御を行うために必要な技術的情報
Iromieは、これらのデータを、現在のユーザーがリクエストしたアプリ体験を実行、サポート、維持するためにのみ使用します。
3. 処理する情報
Iromieは、カメラのパススルー映像、写真、動画、音声録音、正確な位置情報、連絡先、ユーザー生成コンテンツを、当社のサーバーへ収集、保存、アップロード、共有、送信することはありません。
Iromieでは、アプリの機能を提供・維持するために必要な範囲で、以下の情報を処理する場合があります。
- 選択中のシミュレーションモード、ユーザーが選択する視覚上の年齢シミュレーションプリセット、表示設定、無料利用状態など、Meta Quest端末内に保存されるアプリ設定情報
- Meta Platform SDKを通じて提供されるMetaユーザー識別子、ユーザーの年齢層または年齢カテゴリ情報、利用権限状態、商品情報、アプリ内購入状態、サブスクリプション状態などのMeta Platformデータ
- 利用権限確認、アプリ内購入処理、サブスクリプション状態確認、購入復元、年齢に適したアプリ運用、アプリ動作のために必要な、Metaプラットフォームから提供される技術的情報
当社は、ユーザーのクレジットカード番号などの支払い情報を取得または保存しません。支払い、購入記録、サブスクリプションはMetaによって処理・管理されます。
4. 情報の利用目的
Iromieは、上記の情報を以下の目的にのみ利用します。
- 色覚シミュレーション機能を提供するため
- ユーザーが選択する視覚上の年齢シミュレーションプリセットを提供するため
- アプリ内の設定を端末上で保持するため
- 現在のMetaユーザーを識別し、利用権限、アプリ内購入状態、サブスクリプション状態を確認するため
- 現在のユーザーがFree、Personal、Proの各プラン機能にアクセスできるかを判定するため
- Metaから提供される商品情報およびローカライズされた価格を表示するため
- 現在のユーザーが購入またはサブスクリプションを選択した場合に、Metaのチェックアウトフローを起動するため
- 購入結果を確認し、購入を復元するため
- Meta Platform SDKを通じて、利用権限、アプリ内購入状態、サブスクリプション状態を確認するため
- 現在のユーザーのサブスクリプションに基づく機能アクセスを維持するため
- 13歳以上、またはユーザーの地域で適用される最低年齢以上のティーンおよび成人向けアプリとして、年齢に適したアプリ運用をサポートするため
- アプリの機能および信頼性を運用、サポート、維持するため
当社は、USER_ID、USER_AGE、IAP、SUBSCRIPTIONSを含むMeta Platformデータを、広告、マーケティング、プロファイリング、分析、研究、ソーシャル機能、第三者提供のために使用しません。
5. USER_ID、IAP、SUBSCRIPTIONSについて
Iromieは、現在のユーザーに有料プランへのアクセスを提供・維持するために、USER_ID、IAP、SUBSCRIPTIONSに関連するデータを使用します。
本アプリは、MetaからMetaユーザー識別子、利用権限状態、商品情報、アプリ内購入状態、サブスクリプション状態を受け取る場合があります。これらの情報は、現在のユーザーがFree、Personal、Proの各プラン機能にアクセスできるかを判定し、購入の復元、ローカライズされた商品情報の表示、サブスクリプションに基づく機能アクセスを維持するためにのみ使用します。
Personalは、色覚シミュレーション機能へのアクセスを提供します。Proは、ユーザーが選択する視覚上の年齢シミュレーションプリセット、色相環UI、リフレッシュレートオプションなどの追加機能へのアクセスを提供します。
当社は、Metaユーザー識別子を他のユーザーに表示しません。
当社は、USER_ID、IAP、SUBSCRIPTIONSデータを、広告、マーケティング、プロファイリング、分析、研究、ソーシャル機能、第三者提供のために使用しません。
6. USER_AGEと年齢関連機能について
Iromieは、データの使用状況の確認（DUC）を通じて、USER_AGE Platform機能をリクエストしています。そのため、本アプリはMetaから提供される現在のユーザーの年齢層または年齢カテゴリ情報を受信、処理する場合があります。
Iromieは、USER_AGEデータを、13歳以上、またはユーザーの地域で適用される最低年齢以上のティーンおよび成人向けアプリとして、年齢に適したアプリ運用をサポートするためにのみ使用します。
Iromieは、USER_AGEデータを、コンテンツのパーソナライズ、ユーザーのプロファイリング、ユーザー分析、広告、マーケティング、第三者提供のために使用しません。
Iromieは、ユーザーの年齢層または年齢カテゴリ情報を他のユーザーに表示しません。
Iromieには、ユーザーが選択する視覚上の年齢シミュレーション機能があります。この機能はユーザーが手動で選択するアプリ機能であり、ユーザーの実年齢を判定するためのものではありません。また、この視覚上の年齢シミュレーション機能は、広告、プロファイリング、分析、またはユーザーに関する判断のために使用されません。
Iromieは、13歳未満の子どもを対象としたアプリではありません。
7. パススルー映像の取り扱い
Iromieは、Meta Questの複合現実パススルー機能を利用し、視覚シミュレーション効果を適用します。
パススルー映像は、シミュレーション表示のために端末上で処理されます。当社は、パススルー映像または動画を、当社サーバーまたは第三者に対して保存、アップロード、共有、送信、提供することはありません。
8. 第三者への共有
当社は、ユーザーの個人データを販売しません。
当社は、ユーザーの個人データを他のユーザーと共有しません。
Iromieには、ソーシャルネットワーキング、チャット、音声通信、画像共有、動画共有、ライブ配信、ユーザーコンテンツ共有の機能はありません。
当社は、Meta Horizonから取得したMeta Platformデータ、またはMeta Horizonデバイスから直接取得したDevice User Dataを、Meta以外のデータ処理者またはサービスプロバイダーに提供しません。
当社は、USER_ID、USER_AGE、IAP、SUBSCRIPTIONSを含むMeta Platformデータを、広告、マーケティング、プロファイリング、分析、研究、ソーシャル機能、第三者提供のために使用しません。
ただし、Meta Questプラットフォーム、Meta Platform SDK、利用権限確認、アプリ内購入処理、サブスクリプション処理、年齢関連のPlatform機能、支払いサービスに関連して、一部の情報がMetaによって処理される場合があります。この場合の情報の取り扱いは、Metaの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従います。
9. 情報の保存
Iromieは、当社独自のサーバー上にユーザーアカウントデータベースを保持しません。
アプリ設定などの一部の情報は、ユーザーのMeta Quest端末内に保存される場合があります。端末内に保存された情報は、アプリをアンインストールする、またはプラットフォーム上でアプリデータを削除することで削除できる場合があります。
購入記録、サブスクリプション記録、支払い情報、Metaアカウントデータ、プラットフォーム上の年齢層または年齢カテゴリ情報はMetaによって管理されます。
10. 児童のプライバシー
Iromieは、13歳以上、またはユーザーの地域で適用される最低年齢以上のティーンおよび成人向けのアプリです。
Iromieは、13歳未満の子どもを対象としたアプリではありません。Iromieは、当社のサーバーを通じて児童の個人データを意図的に収集することはありません。
MetaからUSER_AGE情報が提供される場合、Iromieは、その情報を本アプリの対象年齢に応じた適切なアプリ運用をサポートするためにのみ使用します。
11. ユーザーデータの削除依頼
Iromieまたは株式会社XXXXXが収集、受信、保存した可能性のあるユーザーデータの削除を希望される場合は、以下のメールアドレスまでご連絡ください。対象には、USER_ID、USER_AGE、IAP、SUBSCRIPTIONSに関連するデータが含まれます。

お問い合わせの際は、対象アプリ名として「Iromie」または「イロミエ」と記載してください。
Iromieは、当社独自のサーバー上にユーザーアカウントデータベースを保持していないため、株式会社コヨーテランナーがサーバー上に保存している個人データが存在しない場合があります。ただし、当社は削除依頼を確認し、当社が管理するユーザーデータがある場合には、適用される範囲で削除または匿名化します。
Metaアカウントデータ、プラットフォーム上のデータ、支払い情報、購入記録、サブスクリプション、Metaが管理するユーザーの年齢層または年齢カテゴリ情報、その他Metaが管理するデータについては、Metaのアカウント設定またはMetaが提供する手続きから管理・削除を行う必要がある場合があります。
当社は、ユーザーデータの削除依頼に対して手数料を請求しません。
12. プライバシーポリシーの変更
当社は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。変更を行った場合は、本ページ上の施行日を更新します。
